TT Games is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader with strong commercial instincts who can unify and motivate teams to develop and deliver amazing games and services targeted at the players of today and tomorrow.

Based in Knutsford and Wilmslow, the Vice President Studio Head will be responsible for planning and directing the development of all products under the TT Games studio brand as well as maintaining the studio brand and culture. This includes direct management of the studio’s senior leadership team and close partnership with shared services organizations.

Working with the senior leadership, central product management and production teams you will shape the long-term product strategy which will drive critical and commercial success for the studio. You will also drive the achievement of key performance indicators, interacting with Warner Bros. Games executives to ensure the alignment of solid communication.

What you'll be doing:
  • You will be responsible for leading the team to re-imagine our LEGO games business and drive innovation in the studio. You will develop long-term strategic product objectives targeted at achieving profit targets in a manner that is compatible with the best interests of players, employees and WB Games
  • You will manage the studio’s most senior development and production staff directly, coaching and developing them to ensure employees across all disciplines share a common vision, internal alignment, and effective development processes
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy company culture, working with HR partners to create and manage the organizational structures for the studio to ensure clear purpose, solid accountability, and efficient communication and processes
  • You will collaborate with central Product Management and Production teams to identify market opportunities and continually evaluate the commercial viability of games in development, ensuring close partnership through product milestone reviews and the ongoing Green Light submission process
  • You will work with studio discipline leaders to ensure the creation of long and short-term strategies for process improvements, development of new skillsets and the implementation of best-in-class techniques and methods
  • You will work closely with licensors/rights holders and with WB Games legal, business development and publishing teams to effectively navigate partnerships and ensure optimization of product opportunities
  • You will oversee the creation of product budgets and staffing and ensure product development costs support a viable P&L for each product
  • You will manage all legal issues related to the studio and serve as business signatory for legal agreements
What we're looking for:
  • Games development experience, including experience in senior production management roles for teams of considerable size
  • Shipped at least 3 AAA critically and/or commercially successful titles in a senior production capacity
  • A superior understanding of game development and production processes
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire confidence, foster teamwork and a shared vision among subordinates
  • Role requires periodic international travel
