The WB Games Boston studio is looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst (temporary) to facilitate research on their games within a fun and collaborative environment.

The Consumer Insights Analyst will work closely with both the product and development teams to influence design and development decisions using the team’s research. Responsibilities will include management of all aspects of the user testing infrastructure; planning, recruiting, set-up, and lab management and will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data and delivering actionable insights with strategic thinking.

This role is for a user focused researcher who has a strong work ethic and a desire to help our research team deliver excellent insights.

What part will you play?
  • Prepare for studies employing a variety of research methodologies.
  • Coordinate, manage and execute internal user testing.
  • Effectively communicate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable UX/design goals.
  • Research and play competitor games.
  • Design, program and test customer surveys.
  • Analyze and present results to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist on ad-hoc research projects as needed, including coordination of outsourced projects.
What do we require from you?
  • A four-year degree.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a user research role and eager to learn.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven effective multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
