Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment seeks an Associate Producer for the Production department.

The Associate Producer supports the Producer with the day-to-day management of high-profile video games in development with 1st party and 3rd party developers. Responsibilities include working directly with the game developers, managing the licensor requests and feedback, helping to manage QA efforts internally, and closely tracking submission and approval process with the Developer, Publisher, and other external stakeholders, communicating updates to all necessary parties.
  • Day-to-day QA oversight and liaising with the Production team, Development team and QA team on QA Priorities. Proactively identify and problem solving QA issues while partnering with the Producer and Sr. Producer as needed.
  • Working with the Manager, Rights & Clearances, to identify any legal and rights/clearances issues and support Marketing and PR as needed.
  • Providing feedback on the quality and volume of bugs in the database. Evaluate bug trends and report out to the Production team. Review and evaluate bug waives.
  • Assisting with the day to day localization process with internal and external vendors.
  • Using the Jira database and dashboard, assist with the licensor and legal approval process.
  • Reviewing all milestones for brand integrity and gameplay, and routing to third parties. Insuring required changes are communicated to Developer and implemented in subsequent deliverables.
  • Communicating updates to all necessary team members. This includes but is not limited to weekly production updates, demos, visual presentations, PowerPoint presentations, meeting/conference calls, and site visits to the Developer.
  • Taking on project lead responsibilities for small projects the team is managing by working directly with Development, QA, Legal and Marketing to drive the project(s) from start to completion in a short period of time.
  • Managing game asset requests from Marketing and PR; working individually or with Development teams to provide the assets needed that meet with the proper Anti-Piracy guidelines.
  • Supporting the Producer in other videogame projects as assigned.
  • Building visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external consumption.
  • Working within a database to maintain all developer feedback, legal requests, build requests, etc.
  • Setting up system networks for console multiplayer games and/or F2P PC games

What do we require from you?
  • College degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 – 4 years of Developer or Publishing QA experience. Sr. Tester or above preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience working in bug databases, Confluence, SharePoint and/or other database software required.
  • 2+ years experience in console/PC video game game production; experience with shipped console/PC games preferred.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of video game industry and games required; A strong background and understanding of multi-platform video game production preferred.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Project and/ or SharePoint a plus.
  • Experience with JIRA or other bug database.
  • Experience collaborating with licensors and/or filmmakers on video games a plus.
  • Art background and/or extensive experience with Illustrator and/or Photoshop a plus.
