WB Games Inc. seeks a Conversion Analyst for the WBG San Francisco UA Analytics department.

What part will you play?

This person will be in charge of executing app store and landing page A/B testing initiatives for all the products in our portfolio. They will work alongside our Creative Services and Product Marketing teams to develop creatives for testing. This role will oversee the reporting of test results as well as qualitative learnings from the experiments. In the immediate term this individual will support Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, Game of Thrones: Conquest, and Mortal Kombat 11.
  • Define and execute landing page test and learn roadmap.
  • Brief and manage creative teams on asset creation.
  • Report A/B testing results and learnings to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and conduct periodic analyses on conversion KPIs.
  • Engage in competitive creative research.
What do we require from you?
  • BA/BS in economics, marketing, business or related work experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience working in either digital marketing or user acquisition at a technology or gaming company.
  • Background working on high growth apps or digital products.
  • Track record of working on App Store and/or landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Adobe Analytics.
  • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Competency in statistical concepts like confidence, sampling, predictive modeling.
