You will play a critical lead role in ensuring the commercial success of our games. You will work with some of the most talented producers, designers and marketers in the industry to help shape the strategy, meta-game design, and live operational framework of our key products.
  • Work together with studio creatives to turn a fun game idea into a potential breakout hit.
  • Provide creative and genre expertise for projects as needed.
  • Lead development of pitches that gets everyone excited about the business opportunity.
  • Lead the formulation of audience profile and product position to support the strategy.
  • Lead research and user testing to validate and build confidence in commercial success.
  • Lead live operational frameworks and roadmap to ensure a game that can last 3+ years.
  • Drive influence and work with global cross divisional teams to maximally leverage our strength to win.
  • Distill learnings from the game lifecycle to help shape our strategy to engineer bigger hits.
What do we require from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics preferred.
  • 8+ years games industry experience with 5+ years of working on free to play game live operations in a product management role.
  • Experience with various analytics tools, data analysis and comp analysis methodologies.
  • Experience and strength in market research, analysis, and formulation of product strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to influence and convince others to your point of view.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising, event, and live operations/monetization techniques.
  • Love to get your hands dirty and fill gaps where needed.
