TT Games Studios, a division of WB Games Inc. are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager/ Lead Producer who will perform as Lead Project Manager overseeing, and being instrumental in driving the development, release & continued, post-launch development of an unannounced title, ensuring it is scheduled for, resourced and executed successfully.

Reporting to the Head of Production, the Project Manager will directly manage a team of Producers whilst being a fundamental part of the title’s development team. They will be passionate about understanding and pre-empting the team’s requirements, building efficient pipelines, and ensuring dependencies are unblocked, to support and drive the implementation of exceptional gameplay experiences.

The role requires applicants who have a demonstrable record of managing live games development and economies; championing building the Product Owner’s vision, alongside using Business Intelligence to maximise the engagement, retention and monetisation of the title.

Qualified candidates will have outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information and status reports to staff of all levels. They will also be incredibly self-motivated, dependable and can perform highly within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Working with the Product Owner to interpret designs & specs into tasks & content and deliver these against milestones and deliverables.
  • Partnering effectively with the Product Owner & Management team to establish KPIs and define the Live Operations and overall roadmap strategies.
  • Holistic oversight and involvement with development including championing pipeline & workflow efficiencies, risk management & escalation, scheduling, tracking & resourcing.
  • Using Dev & Live Ops experience to guide the development of the technology and infrastructure, to build robust & sustainable systems, features & gameplay.
  • Ownership of the project Jira database, responsible for the tracking and maintenance of tasks/ tickets.
  • Guide, develop & motivate direct reports and wider team, to champion delivering exceptional work in a positive, constructive and enjoyable environment.
  • Attend meetings & reviews, taking concise and comprehensive notes; passing information to the team as required.
  • Arranging and purchasing food for the development team as required.
  • Working with QA to ensure any testing requirements are covered.
  • Building and tagging versions of the project.
  • Undertake relevant on-the-job training where required and keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies.
  • Other tasks as required.
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience managing games as a service and/ or multiplayer games within a Production role.
  • Demonstrable ability to combine Studio and player requirements into a development roadmap that continues to improve the quality of the title & end user experience.
  • A self-starter, who is highly organised and proactive, with excellent time management, planning & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience with a variety of methodologies. Agile/ SCRUM project management experience advantageous.
  • Experience using project management scheduling tools. Microsoft Project advantageous.
  • Experience with Unreal advantageous.
  • Good understanding of tools and software used in development.
  • Practical and methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrates dependability and commitment to project/ tasks.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to adapt with change.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
