WB Games is recruiting a Senior CRM Analyst to help drive cross-functional publishing efforts on behalf of our mobile games in the Lifecycle group, part of the Mobile Publishing team. The role’s focus and primary responsibilities revolve around CRM campaign management as well as building analysis, data integrations and related capabilities that enable the iterative improvement of tailored CRM campaigns to player cohorts across our game portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a master of all things data, with a keen interest in leveraging analysis and data integration to enable the most cutting-edge email marketing and related direct-digital capabilities to date.

What part will you play?
  • Support, analyze, and resolve critical CRM production application issues as required.
  • Construct summary and detailed views into CRM campaign reporting and ad hoc analytics requests, often requiring SQL query-building in several internal enterprise systems.
  • Perform and/or provide oversight on data uploads, extracts, and integrations with our enterprise CRM systems.
  • Own aspects of CRM support of campaign deployment on behalf of our Mobile and Console game franchise needs.
  • Work to provide proper campaign and audience setup in coordination with our template coding partners.
  • Coordination of asset needs and campaign setup requirements with our internal creative partners Perform application configuration and customization of the CRM system (building screens, designing custom objects, developing workflows, etc.), including testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Assist CRM leads with evaluation and implementation of any add-ons to enhance the CRM system.
  • Prepare and document data conversion requirements for mapping from company systems into CRM.
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, CRM module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements, customizations, and patches.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and consider compliance in all business process analysis and redesign activities.
  • Ensure consistency of CRM usage conventions, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data.
  • Follow 3rd party CRM featuring updates and report back to Lifecycle management.
  • Lead small & mid-size projects from inception through implementation at the discretion of the lead of CRM operations.
  • Drive user adoption of CRM systems to ensure GDPR compliance and success of our tools.
  • Become a subject matter expert in all things WB Games; products, studio relationship, Mobile Publishing practices, etc.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
What do we require from you?
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, New Media, Web Development) or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in database development, analysis, and/or engineering.
  • Strategic thinking skills, strong oral and written communication.
  • Comfortable with multiple database concepts, understanding of relational databases and SQL and writing complex SQL statements.
  • Previous experience with large-scale REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure (e.g. AWS) and considerations for scalable, distributed systems.
  • Data modeling experience.
  • Experience as a gamer or strong interest in the gaming industry preferred!
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP a major plus.
