WB Games San Francisco is seeking a Marketing Analyst (Temp) to help develop advertising, explore ideas, and help to drive conversion optimization for some of the biggest IPs.

What part will you play?
  • Develop advertising for some of the biggest IP’s:
    • Work with UA Analyst on assigned IPs (which may include Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and DC Comics).
    • Be the subject matter expert on ad performance for each property.
    • Partner with teams to develop ads specific to each channel and IP.
  • Explore and validate new test ideas:
    • Build hypotheses based on insights and observations.
    • Work with artists and marketers to create tests centered around learning and discovery.
    • Deploy test plans around key beats and launches.
  • Drive the conversation around conversion optimization:
    • Disseminate knowledge and best practices among the greater organization.
    • Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
    • Manage communications between advertising partners and the marketing team.
What do we require from you?
  • BA/BS in economics, marketing, business or a related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in either digital marketing or user acquisition at a technology company.
  • Understanding of digital/mobile marketing KPIs and metrics.
  • Intermediate understanding of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc).
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Adobe Analytics.
  • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience interfacing with multiple internal stakeholders and partners.
  • -Competency in statistical concepts like confidence, sampling, predictive modeling.
