Who We Are
Warner Bros. Discovery has an award-winning, global early talent program providing students with paid learning opportunities to experience firsthand what it's like to work with the best talent in the industry. Opportunities range from technology, design, distribution, marketing, publicity, development, production, news, games, and animation, to corporate functions such as finance, legal, human resources, and more!
What We Offer
Whether you’re currently enrolled in a university, seeking alternative opportunities to a formal education, or looking for an entry-level role, we have the program for you! We offer several early talent programs: our global corporate internship program, global tech & games internship program, apprenticeships, and early career programs supporting our brands and businesses. These programs are designed to nurture students both professionally and personally through high-quality, thoughtful programming like executive speaker sessions, mentorship, networking events, and professional development seminars.

Global Intern Programs

Warner Bros. Discovery’s globally renowned intern programs provide students with the opportunity to do paid, meaningful, real-world work in an exciting and supportive environment.

Teams that have interns: CNN, HBO, Max, Bleacher Report, TLC, Food Network, and more.

Where our programs are: We host formal intern programs in the US, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, France, the UK, and Ireland. 
Global Tech & Games Intern Program
Our global tech and games intern program is designed to give students the opportunity to learn and work amongst industry leaders. Interns will be able to solve business-critical problems and see the fruits of their labor implemented in real time on our platforms, apps, and games.

We are looking for students interested in taking their technology experience and applying it to the entertainment and games industries.

Our global tech intern program takes place over 11 weeks each summer, and our games intern program hosts 10-12 week internships in the summer or six-month co-ops offered in January and June. 


Apprenticeships

The WBD apprenticeship program offers you the opportunity to take on real responsibilities within a supportive and encouraging business environment, acting as an integral and valued member of your team. An apprenticeship with us also means you’ll also be a part of our Early Talent network, which will provide you with training and networking sessions to help you succeed and take newly acquired skills to your next role.
UK
If university isn’t the path you're taking but you’re looking for a qualification, our apprenticeships may be right for you. As an apprentice, you’ll work full-time at a competitive salary. In turn, we’ll pay for you to earn a professional qualification while giving you time off to attend college or training with your peers.
France
Are you currently a student preparing at least a bac+3 level diploma and looking to gain professional experience alongside your studies? An apprenticeship at WBD is the perfect way to combine theory and practice, helping you prepare for future jobs after you graduate.
Brazil
At WBD, learning is as fun as it is effective. We have a 16 month-long Young Apprentice program for individuals aged 16-24 that provides participants with an enriching and rewarding experience, preparing them for a promising professional future. You do not need a university degree or experience to apply!
Early Career Programs
Start your postgraduate career journey with us! Our global early careers programs equip young professionals with the mentorship, coaching, and training needed to succeed early in their careers. With endless opportunities to immerse yourself in the world of corporate entertainment and technology, you’ll gain exceptional hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. 

Reach Honorship Program

Our Reach Honorship Program offers internship-scholarship packages to graduating high school seniors passionate about the business of entertainment. Honorship recipients should be interested in careers in the business side of the entertainment industry ranging from traditional business functions, such as finance, human resources, operations, marketing, and communications, to more technical or creative roles such as post-production and sound editing.
